1) Payment Methods
We offer secure and flexible payment options, shown during checkout. Availability may vary depending on order value, delivery country, and eligibility checks (for example with Klarna):

Payments are processed via encrypted, established payment systems. We do not store full payment details (such as complete card data). Payment processing is carried out by the respective payment provider in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
2) Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are typical guidelines and depend on order size, availability, destination, and—where applicable—customisation requirements. Any different timeframe will be shown on the product page and/or during checkout.
Ready-to-ship items (Studio Collection): typically 5–10 working days within Germany, depending on item size, shipping method, and region.
Made-to-order (Individual Collection): typically 6–12 weeks, depending on materials, specifications, and complexity. The binding timeframe is the one stated in your quotation and/or order confirmation.

When your order is ready for dispatch, we will notify you. Where available, we provide tracking details. Freight shipments may require an appointment scheduling call.
3) Shipping Options & Service Level
We deliver within Germany and the EU via selected parcel and freight partners. Worldwide shipping is available on request and will be arranged individually.
Standard delivery: delivery is generally curbside or to the building entrance (depending on item size, shipping method, and local conditions).
Premium / White-Glove (on request): carry-in service, upstairs delivery, placement inside, assembly/positioning, and—where offered—packaging removal. Additional services are subject to an extra fee and availability and are only valid after written confirmation.

For very large items or combined orders, we coordinate delivery where the chosen shipping method requires it. Please ensure access is suitable (driveway, doorway width, stairs, elevator, loading zone). If delivery fails due to reasons within the customer’s control (for example incorrect address, unreachable recipient, blocked access, missed appointment), additional costs for re-delivery, storage, or return shipping may apply; we will inform you transparently before any charge is made.
4) International Shipping, Customs & Fees
International shipping is calculated individually and is available on request. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, route, and customs clearance. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are generally payable by the recipient under the destination country’s rules.
5) Important Legal Notes
Transfer of risk: For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to the consumer. For business customers, the risk may transfer earlier, typically upon handover to the carrier/shipping provider, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Transport damage: Please inspect packaging and items upon delivery. If you notice visible transport damage, document it immediately (photos) and, where possible, have it noted by the carrier. Please contact us promptly with your order number and photo evidence. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
