This designation is used for models that were previously part of our collection, often available as stock items in Germany, and are now sold out. You are not ordering an undefined concept, but a proven design that we can produce again in high-quality execution.

1) Meaning
What does “made to order” mean at MACE Heritage?
“Made to order” means that we produce this model anew after your order, including surface build-up, finish, details and final quality inspection. It is not required for the piece to be available as finished stock. What matters is that the design is established, the specification is known, and production follows a controlled manufacturing process.
2) Timeframe
Why does production take 8–12 weeks?
Our furniture is defined by precise proportions, carefully refined surfaces and a calm, craftsmanship-driven execution. This level of quality requires time. We deliberately prefer controlled work steps over fast mass production to ensure a harmonious surface appearance, refined detailing and a balanced overall impression.
3) Quality
New goods – without exception
All our products are brand new. They are not used items, returns or showroom pieces. Your furniture is newly produced after order placement and inspected prior to dispatch.
4) Customisation
Customisation – welcome
When a model is sold out, you are by no means limited to a standard version. We are happy to consider your wishes, such as finish, colour tone, fabric, details or quantities for project enquiries. Customised versions are agreed in detail before production begins.
Please note: Depending on your requirements, material selection and quantity, the price may differ from the standard version shown on the product page. We will gladly provide a personalised quotation.

In most cases, it refers to the standard version of an established model. Additional customisations are possible and are agreed and priced separately.

After order placement, you will receive a confirmation including the estimated production and delivery timeframe.

Yes. Shipping is professionally packed and insured for curbside delivery.
