§1 🔹 Basic provisions
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.moebel-lippold.com between you (the customer) and us, Möbel Lippold MC GmbH.
👤 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional.
🏢 An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
§2 🛍️ Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded for the sale of goods – including custom-made furniture.
By displaying a product in our online shop, we make a binding offer in accordance with the information in the product description.

For payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna or Amazon Pay, you will be redirected to the external payment processor and then returned for confirmation.
📧 All contract information and order confirmations will be sent to you via email. Please ensure your email address is correct and that spam filters are not blocking our messages.
📨 Manual quote requests are also possible – our written quotes are valid for 5 days (unless otherwise stated).
§3 💳 Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:

§4 🔐 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For business customers, extended retention of title applies in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), including assignment of claims in the event of resale.
§5 🛠️ Warranty
📅 Consumers have a 2-year statutory warranty (§§ 434 ff. BGB).
🚚 Please check deliveries immediately for completeness and damage.
🏢 For businesses: 1-year warranty, right to repair or replacement. Excluded are:
Damage caused by improper use
Deviations in natural materials such as wood grain or color
§6 ⚖️ Choice of law & place of jurisdiction
✔️ German law applies.
🌍 For consumers outside Germany, local consumer protection rights pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Rome I Regulation remain unaffected.

🚫 The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

6. 💰 Prices & Payment
💶 All prices include VAT.
🚚 Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during the order process.
🌍 Customs duties or fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
💳 Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
7. 🚚 Delivery conditions
📦 Delivery times are stated in the respective offer:
Studio Collection: 3–10 business days
Individual Collection (custom-made): 8–14 weeks
📦 The risk of transport only passes to the consumer upon handover.
8. 🛡️ Liability for defects
See Section 5. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. 🔁 Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days – except for custom-made products .
🛠️ Custom-made items (e.g. furniture according to desired dimensions, fabric, color or finish) are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB .
✅ Studio Collection (immediately available): Cancellation possible within 14 days
❌ Individual Collection (custom-made): No right of cancellation
