Shipping & Delivery
Every order is handled with care and discretion. We use protective packaging suitable for furniture and fragile surfaces. The timeframes below are typical guidelines and may vary depending on order size, finishing requirements, item availability, and destination.

1) Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery periods generally begin after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. If an item requires special preparation or finishing, dispatch may take longer; we will inform you promptly.
2) Delivery Times & Methods
Standard (Germany & EU): typically 3 to 10 working days, depending on the size of the order and the delivery location.
Express: where available, typically 1 to 3 working days.

Same-day delivery (premium): in selected regions and subject to availability, we can deliver with our own team for an additional fee. Same-day service is only valid after written confirmation of the date, time window, and surcharge.
Worldwide shipping: available on request. We arrange each shipment individually with trusted logistics partners. Transit times and customs clearance may vary depending on destination requirements. We will always aim for the safest and fastest feasible option.
Delivery is curbside delivery (to the curb or building entrance). If you need carry-in service, upstairs delivery, or placement inside, please request it during checkout (where available) or contact us directly before ordering. Additional services may involve extra costs and depend on availability and local conditions.
3) Shipping Costs & Quotes
Shipping costs are shown during checkout based on destination, size, weight, and method. For oversized, heavy, or freight items (such as marble tops, large vitrines, wardrobes, or palletised goods), special handling may apply. If a custom quote is required, we will confirm the cost before dispatch.
4) Appointments, Access & Customer Responsibilities
Freight deliveries may require an appointment. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that access is possible for the selected delivery method (doorway width, stairs, elevator, parking or loading zone).
If delivery fails due to reasons within the customer’s control (for example: incorrect address, unreachable recipient, blocked access, missed appointment), additional costs for re-delivery, storage, or return shipping may apply. We will always inform you transparently before any charge is made.
5) Tracking & Partial Shipments
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details after dispatch. If you order multiple items, we may ship in separate packages or partial shipments to ensure safe transit and earlier delivery of available items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6) Transport Damage & Missing Parts
Please inspect the packaging and the item upon delivery. If you notice visible transport damage, document it immediately (photos) and, if possible, have it noted by the carrier.
Please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receipt, by email and include your order number and photos. This helps us process insurance claims quickly. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected even if notification occurs later.
7) Customs, Taxes & Worldwide Delivery
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are generally payable by the recipient according to the destination country’s regulations. We will support you with shipping documentation where required.
8) Risk Transfer (Important Legal Note)
Consumers: the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the goods are delivered to you. Businesses: the risk may transfer earlier, typically upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed. This note does not limit any statutory rights.
9) Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to events beyond reasonable control (for example severe weather, strikes, customs delays, or major transport disruptions). We will keep you informed and work toward the earliest possible delivery.
