International Shipping – Delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination
⏱ Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and courier performance.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2️⃣ Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping through our trusted logistics and freight partners.
Every order is handled with care, using insured shipping and secure packaging to ensure safe arrival at your destination.
🌍 For deliveries outside the European Union, shipping times and customs clearance may vary according to the local import regulations of the destination country.
If you would like a custom shipping quote or confirmation for your region, please contact us before placing your order.
3️⃣ Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
The total weight and size of your order
The destination country, and
The selected shipping method
You can view the estimated shipping cost in your cart before completing your purchase.
All shipping prices include handling and packaging fees.
🧾 For oversized or heavy furniture items (such as marble tables, vitrines, or wardrobes), an additional freight surcharge may apply.
This surcharge will be clearly shown during checkout.
4️⃣ Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
Your tracking number, and
A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
You can monitor the status of your delivery:
In the “Track Order” section on our website, or
Directly via the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, UPS, or freight partner)
If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team at info@moebel-lippold.com.
5️⃣ Delivery Information
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
For larger furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery appointment.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed appointment, additional delivery costs may apply.
6️⃣ Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping limitations due to their size, weight, or destination.
If your order includes restricted items or cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
7️⃣ Damage or Missing Items
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible signs of transport damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@moebel-lippold.com and include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
To help us process the insurance claim, please also report any visible damage immediately to the courier upon delivery and ask them to record it in their delivery report.
⚠️ Important:
Reporting transport damage directly to the courier does not affect your legal rights as a customer, but it is required for us to file an insurance claim.
Once a shipment has been signed as “received in good condition,” visible transport damage can generally no longer be claimed with the shipping carrier.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our warranty and return policy.
